30 days to return products

If there is a problem with the size or fit, you can return full-price products within 30 days of receiving your order.

Reduced-price products are final sale.

Important: Returns must be made at the post office or carrier's service point. You will be given a receipt, which you must keep until your refund is confirmed.

Return fees: Our return fees are currently $15 plus tax.

Return in 4 easy steps

  • 1. Return request

    Log in to your account to submit a return authorization form. Don't have an account? Use our guest return form.

  • 2. Repackage your parcel

    Place the items you wish to return in their original packaging and seal it. If you no longer have the original packaging, please use appropriate and secure packaging or a box.

  • 3. Print & attach the return label

    Print the return label and cover the original shipping label on the sealed package.

  • 4. Ship the package containing the item(s) to be returned

    Drop off your package at the carrier indicated on the return label.

Delivery

Standard delivery in Canada is free for orders of $99 or more*.

When you confirm your order, you will be able to see the estimated delivery date based on the shipping method selected.

After finalizing the transaction, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number, allowing you to track your package every step of the way until it is received. For any questions before placing an order, please contact our customer service.

    Please allow 4 to 8 weeks* for the production and delivery of your personalized clothing once your order has been approved.

Shipping Methods

  • Shipped directly to member

    $20 per address, plus delivery fees.

  • Wholesale order

    $5 per order, plus shipping costs.

  • Split bulk order

    $5 per order, plus shipping. A $19 surcharge applies for each separate shipment."
