Returns

14 days to return products.

In case of issues with size or fit, you have the option to return full-priced products within 14 days of receiving your order. The product must not have been worn or washed. The product must have its tag and be in the plastic bag as received.

Discounted products are final sale.

Important: Returns must be made at the post office or the carrier's service point. You will be given a receipt, which you must keep until your refund is confirmed.

Return fees: Our return fees are currently $10 plus tax.

Return in 4 easy steps

  • 1. Return request

    Log in to your account to submit a return authorization form. Don't have an account? Use our guest return form.

  • 2. Repackage your parcel

    Place the items you wish to return in their original packaging and seal it. If you no longer have the original packaging, please use appropriate and secure packaging or a box.

  • 3. Print & attach the return label

    Print the return label and cover the original shipping label on the sealed package.

  • 4. Ship the package containing the item(s) to be returned

    Drop off your package at the carrier indicated on the return label.

Delivery

Standard shipping in Canada is free for orders of $150 or more*.

When you validate your order, you will be able to see the estimated delivery date based on the shipping method selected.

After finalizing the transaction, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number, allowing you to track your package every step of the way until delivery. For any questions before placing an order, please contact our customer service.

    Order through our online store. A flat $20 shipping fee applies per order. Delivered directly to your doorstep.

  • Shipped to the Team Manage

    A single shipping fee applies, calculated based on the shipping address.
