About Colors

The colors

We take color seriously and take every step to ensure your color expectations are met.

Correspondence

Mill allows for exact matches of any color you can come up with. We don't want to limit your creativity.

If you have a garment that you would like to color match, you can send it to us.

Otherwise, choose colors from our in-house chart or a Pantone book. This ensures that we're both referring to the exact same color to start the process.

Screen VS Print

Do not rely on what you see on the screen to choose colors, as they can vary from one screen to another and from one screen print to another.

We are happy to offer a printed proof when deemed necessary.

Use of logos

Vector logo

Send your logos and wordmarks in vector format (.eps, Adobe Illustrator .ai, editable .pdf).

Using vector format ensures we can scale and recolor them accurately in production.
Raster images (.png, .jpg, .tiff) are not accepted.

User Guide

We will advise you on the minimum line scale required and text to be printed legibly.

Please be sure to read the logo usage guide.

Don't have a designer?

If you don't have a designer, no problem. Send us any inspiration or ideas you have. Even sketches are welcome.
